□ The 2025 Summer Marine Healing Tourism Program is slated to take place every Saturday and Sunday from May 17 to July 12, 2025, across seven beaches*, as well as Suyeonggang Naru Park, Yeongdo Amir Park, and Bukhang Waterfront Park.

○ Now in its fifth year since 2021, the Marine Healing Tourism Program has grown into a signature wellness tourism initiative that harmonizes Busan’s coastal charm with local culture.
□ This summer’s lineup includes beach yoga, sunset pilates, sweat beach, and ocean running.
□ The ever-popular beach yoga and sunset pilates return once again.
○ Beach yoga ensures a refreshing start to weekend mornings at Gwangalli Beach; sunset pilates unfolds against the backdrop of a breathtaking evening sky.
□ New this year are the sweat beach and ocean running programs.
○ Sweat beach is a high-intensity beach workout that incorporates elements of CrossFit*, step boxes**, and circuit training***—perfect for fitness enthusiasts.
*CrossFit: Full-body functional training combining various exercises
**Step box: Utilizing a raised platform to simulate stair climbing
***Circuit training: a series of exercises performed continuously without rest
○ Ocean running, set along the seaside, offers two options: slow running and goal-oriented running.
□ The program fee is 10,000 won, with online reservations required. Each session is limited to approximately 30 individuals.
○ Reservations will begin on May 9 via https://litt.ly/mybusan on a first-come, first-served basis.
○ A 50% early bird discount will be available between May 9 and 16.
□ In June, two special programs will be introduced: Sound walking (3 sessions) and yacht retreat (2 sessions).
○ Sound walking is a mindfulness exploration that amplifies natural sounds with professional microphones and headsets.
○ Yacht retreat provides sound therapy and singing bowl meditation* aboard a yacht, allowing participants to find calm amid the gentle sea sway.
* Sounds and vibrations from bowl-shaped instruments soothe the mind and body.
○ Details on Special Programs will be announced later at https://litt.ly/mybusan.
