Busan Metropolitan City Website Satisfaction Survey Greetings! Welcome to the Busan Metropolitan City Website Satisfaction Survey. Busan is performing this questionnaire survey, which covers user satisfaction, among other matters, to improve our foreign language websites and to offer more convenient and diverse information in 2023. We hope for your active participation in the survey. The details of your replies will become valuable resources for improving the service quality of our foreign language websites. ○ Survey period: Monday, November 14, 9:00 a.m. ～ Friday, December 2, 6:00 p.m. ○ Eligibility: All website visitors ○ Prizes: Busan souvenir: Participants residing in Korea (20 winners), participants residing abroad (10 winners) ※ Winners will be selected at random by computer among eligible participants (except Koreans) ○ Announcement: Prizewinners will be announced on (Tue.) December 6, 2022, on the website at https://www.busan.go.kr/eng/ ○ Contact Email: emaster@korea.kr ※ Winners will be contacted using the information provided, so please make sure that you enter your mobile phone number and mailing address correctly. ※ Prizes will be mailed to winners on December 12, 2022. The city souvenir prizes will be sent to winners by regular international mail. Please note that due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, international postal services can be suspended or delayed.
