The purpose of this survey is to find out whether the city’s website is meeting the information needs of its users. Please help us improve the website by completing our Website Customer Satisfaction Survey. Answering the questions below should only take a few minutes. Your participation will help us ensure that our website is useful, accurate, and complete. Your comments and suggestions are very important to us. ○ Survey period: Monday, November 2, 9:00 a.m. ～ Friday, November 20, 6:00 p.m. ○ Eligibility: All website visitors ○ Prizes: Mobile gift certificate valued at 10,000 won (50 winners) ※ Winners will be selected at random among those participants (except Koreans) who are currently residing in Korea. ○ Announcement: Prize winners will be announced on (Tue.)
