11대 건강생활수칙(영어)

With the aim of encouraging the citizens of Busan to lead healthier lives and improve their overall level of health, 100 citizen representatives in Busan participated in making the basic guidelines for a healthy life by considering regional health issues. And they announced the “11 Healthy Life Guidelines for the Citizens of Busan” on July 30, 2015. This is highly recommended to observe among citizens.

1 Eating Habits Avoid salty food and eat a healthy and balanced diet slowly.
2 Drinking Less If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation, no more than 3 servings of alcohol. And do not suggest for others to drink.
3 Anti-smoking Do not smoke, and help smokers quit smoking.
4 Exercise Walk for at least 30 minutes and stretch your body three times a day.
5 Health Check-up & Vaccination Schedule your health checkups and be vaccinated on time.
6 Personal Hygiene Wash your hands and brush your teeth properly, and observe proper cough etiquette.
7 Stress Be positive and enjoy your life.
8 Mental Health Try to have heart-to-heart conversations with family members or friends at least once a week.
9 Sense of Community Smile and say hello to neighbours.
10 Residential Environment Try to make our community clean and healthy.
11 Participation in Policy-making Proactively participate in health-related programs and policy-making.
