Once a presidential retreat during the military regime, and later the official residence of the mayor of Busan, this historic site has now been transformed — after four decades — into a public space for all to enjoy.
I have long believed that the public spaces offered by the City of Busan should reflect the dignity of its citizens.
By returning this residence to the people, I was committed not only to making it available but to making it truly exceptional.
With great care and dedication, we have reimagined this space as a place where anyone can pause, reflect, and rest — a place to feel at home.
