Named after a gentle breeze (sosopung), this multipurpose cultural lounge embodies the gentle passage of time and feeling. Former banquet rooms and adjoining walls have been opened up to create a bright, expansive space where anyone can feel at ease. Here, visitors are free to rest — basking in the sunlight, viewing exhibitions, or enjoying a quiet moment with a book.



2Café MOMOS
Located within DOMOHEON, Café MOMOS celebrates Busan’s identity as a “city of coffee.” It offers high-quality specialty brews in a space where culture and flavor merge seamlessly.



3Dahal Lecture Hall (1F–2F)
Dahal, the terraced lecture hall, takes its name from soft, earthy hues inspired by Korean trees — juniper, persimmon, chestnut, and oak — tones that also define its warm, grounded interior palette. A newly added space to DOMOHEON, it features soaring ceilings and a striking architectural presence. Designed as a venue where global scholars and local citizens meet, Dahal fosters wisdom-sharing, dialogue, and inspired collaboration.


4 Coworking Office
Beneath wide-open windows, the Coworking Office offers a bright, airy setting for thoughtful discussions and collaborative ideas shaping Busan’s future. Ideal for small-scale, private meetings with both domestic and international guests, this space merges architecture and landscape, reflecting DOMOHEON’s unique identity and the natural rhythm of the city.

6Durok Meeting Room
Inspired by the warm, mellow hue of ripened soybeans, Durok is a room bathed in soft tones of yellow and green. It offers a calm, welcoming setting for conversation, reading quietly, or simply pausing in stillness.

7Beonru Multipurpose Room
Beonru, named after the pale blue of dayflower blossoms, evokes the refreshing brightness that helps carry us through the heat of summer. Connected to an outdoor terrace, this flexible space features a video installation showcasing DOMOHEON’s 40-year history and is ideal for receptions, and other small-scale events.




8Chiram Conference Room
The Chiram Conference Room draws its name from “Chiram,” the deep, dusky blue of the evening sky — the kind of color seen in distant mountains at twilight. Serene yet refined, this space offers a quiet, dignified atmosphere suited for important get-togethers and thoughtful exchange.
