Busan Global Center services are now available through KakaoTalk and Facebook. Busan Global Center is a call center for foreigners in Korea. Operated by the Busan Foundation for International Cooperation, the service is aimed at helping ease any daily burdens foreigners in Busan might face.

Anyone wanting to utilize BFIC's new KakaoTalk service can type "1577-7716" or "Busan Global Center" in the search box at the top of KakaoTalk to connect. Press the "add friend" button then choose one of several language options including Korean, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, Indonesian and more. From there, users will be able to connect with a counselor for a one-on-one session.

Users on Facebook can search "Busan Global Center (1577-7716)" for their private Facebook group and register. This page provides essential information for foreigners residing in Busan and introduces foreign-related programs run by the foundation. Members can get counseling in real time via Facebook Messenger, as well.
