Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan Tourism Organization have revealed the "2030 Expo Busan Travel Course," a two-day itinerary for tourists looking to explore the essence of the city. This itinerary is based on the one followed by the on-site inspection team from the Bureau International des Expositions, who visited Busan to evaluate its candidacy to host the 2030 World Expo.
The travel itinerary has two concepts, the "Green Life Practice Course" and the "Sharing Memory Course."
On day one, the Green Life Practice Course showcases eco-friendly tourist spots. Starting from North Port, visitors can see the natural wonders of Gangseo Shinho Park, Eulsukdo Island, Dadaepo Beach, and Songdo Beach.
On day two, the Sharing Memory Course features meaningful places that convey the city's history. From Songdo, the course travels over the Busanhangdaegyo Bridge to the UN Memorial Cemetery. Then, tourists take the Gwangandaegyo Bridge to the Busan Cinema Center before ending at Gwangalli Beach.
All itinerary destinations are easily accessed via the Busan City Tour buses.
