"Made In Busan Pan" is a collaborative busking event between the city and local indie bands featuring songs related to the World Expo 2030 Busan.

City Hall continues to devote its unrelenting efforts for the World Expo's on-site inspection conducted by Bureau International des Expositions (BIE), the Paris-based intergovernmental body overseeing World Expos. The city is preparing a comprehensive plan and infrastructure for a positive response from BIE, based on the idea that the inspection is a pivotal factor in deciding the exposition host in November.

The evaluation report will affect the member nations' decision-making before the vote. Therefore, the city will focus on customized promotions for BIE delegates to actively promote strengths, such as the city's willingness to realize the mutual and continued prosperity of Busan and the world, through the exposition.

The BIE delegation is scheduled to conduct the inspection in early April and the report will be distributed to the 171 BIE member countries at the BIE's General Assembly meeting in June before their decision-making in November. Competing countries' inspections will be conducted around the same time in early March, Riyadh, followed by Odessa in late March and Rome after Busan in late April. The city will also designate the inspection period "Expo Week," gathering all administrative capabilities through public-private cooperation for events across the city for all to enjoy.

At the Busan North Port, the selected venue for the World Expo 2030 Busan, promotional videos utilizing cutting-edge information and communications technology (ICT) will detail  humanity's response toward positive global efforts, such as carbon neutrality. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will make preparations for the envoy to conveniently travel between Busan and Seoul, demonstrating Korea's top-notch transportation. Plans to wrap public conveyances with messages of support are already underway. To further prepare, City Hall will host regular meetings and rehearsals with related parties prior to the on-site inspection. The exact dates and citizen participation availability are yet to be decided.
