Results of the latest subscriber satisfaction survey
The 2023 Daily Busan Subscriber Satisfaction Survey results, conducted from Dec 11 to 22, are in.
A total of 374 readers, 182 men and 192 women, responded to the survey. Respondents answered 12 questions, providing answers on why they subscribe, how they found the outlet, and how satisfied they are with Daily Busan articles.
The main reason people subscribe to Daily Busan is to keep up with the city government’s news, which was selected by 39% of the respondents. Over 90% of respondents were highly satisfied with the length, content and originality of articles.
Reflecting on the survey results, Daily Busan will launch new content for readers, featuring more citizen participation. In the coming months, Daily Busan will publish interviews with Busan’s international residents to provide a different perspective on our hometown.
