Winter Migratory Bird Welcoming Event to take place at the Nakdong Estuary Eco Center

 

The Nakdong Estuary Eco Center hosts the “14th Winter Migratory Bird Welcoming Event” on Nov. 18 and 19 at Eulsukdo Ecological Park in Gangseo-gu district. 

In the season when the winter migratory birds head back to their winter habitats, the event will offer the citizens to learn more about the winter visitors.

Participants can enjoy a variety of programs, including a birdwatching tour, a wildlife treatment experience, and a special lecture by Dr. Bird. A number of hands-on activities and craft-making will also be available.

Event organizers recommend making reservations ASAP as space is limited. The price of each program varies from free to 15,000 won per person. Reservations will open at 10 a.m. on Nov. 7 via the Busan Metropolitan City Integrated Book Service platform.
