Last chance to see British pop art

6-3-1cw8 데이비드 호크니

The exhibition covers different eras of David Hockney's career.

The Donggu Culture Platform in Dong-gu district and P.Ark on Yeongdo Island are currently hosting the exhibition "David Hockney & British Pop Art: 1960s Swinging London" until Nov. 26.
The exhibition features the works of Hockney and other artists credited with creating British pop art culture in the 1960s. Also on display are collaborative pieces done with British musicians who dominated pop music at the time, such as the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. The show expresses the dynamic and revolutionary zeitgeist of the 1960s.
Curators have placed a special emphasis on Hockney, as viewers can experience his artistic journey, from his earliest etchings to his modern digital works.
The exhibition opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m. every day except Monday. The last admission is at 6 p.m. Ticket prices are as follows: 18,000 won for adults, 15,000 won for middle and high school students, and 12,000 won for elementary school-aged children and younger. Tickets cover one-time entry at both locations and can be purchased online, via the QR code below, or at each venue.
