A feast of drones and lasers to celebrate Chuseok
Celebrate Chuseok at Gwangalli Beach!
On Sept. 26 at 8 p.m., the Gwangalli M Drone Light Show will stage a drone and laser show depicting scenes from Korean folktales.
To accommodate large crowds and ensure viewer safety, vehicular traffic will be restricted from 7 to 9 p.m. between Gwangalli SUP Zone and Millak Hoe Town.
Because the drones operate on frequency bands close to Wi-Fi, free public Wi-Fi and carrier Wi-Fi service in the area will be suspended from 5 to 9 p.m. Spectators should also switch off Wi-Fi on their phones during the show to help keep the drones flying steadily. If interference occurs, organizers may switch to a backup program within 30 minutes.
The show will also stream live on the Suyeong-gu District YouTube channel.
