19th Busan Port Festival offers fun for everyone

The 19th Busan Port Festival will be held from June 19 to 20 at North Port Waterfront Park (Chinsu Park). This year’s edition marks the 150th anniversary of the port’s opening and will feature significant upgrades in scale and content.
Several programs will underscore the heritage and value of Busan Port. The Port Lounge offers a peek into the everyday lives of sailors. Visitors can experience how sailors dine, relax and entertain themselves.
The Experience Zone lets visitors participate in sailors’ traditional games. The Performance Zone features live performances by various artists. The Food Zone features signature dishes from major trading ports around the world.
In addition, the festival features water leisure activities, including boat rides, water cycling and kayaking. The Marine Mission Tour invites people to explore the venue, complete missions and experience Busan’s maritime assets firsthand.
