Busan Metropolitan City is seeking new subscribers for the city's official Vietnamese newspaper, “Busan tuyệt vời.” This free publication is released quarterly, catering to Vietnamese language users.
The population of international residents from Vietnam has steadily increased over recent years, currently numbering 55,000 as of October 2023, ranking highest among other international residents. To provide essential information to Busan's Vietnamese community, the city has been publishing the Vietnamese quarterly newspaper since 2022.
This four-page newspaper delivers the city's latest news and practical information, covering topics such as vaccine campaigns, advice for children from multicultural families entering schools, and recommendations on enjoying Busan's festivals and cuisine.
While initially distributed from local multicultural centers across the city, there are plans to commence a mailing service for readers next year. Individuals or organizations interested in subscribing should email the details below, including the quantity of newspapers required, the individual's or organization's name, and their address. To subscribe, please visit the website provided below. As an incentive, Busan will randomly select 20 survey respondents to receive a free gift.
