Tour guides make Busan attractions more accessible
Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan Tourism Organization offer foreign-language tour guides at over 20 popular attractions citywide. The service is free of charge and is available in various languages such as English, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and sign language.
Participants that book a tour guide in May will receive a souvenir from the city. In addition, the city and BTO will conduct a customer satisfaction survey for domestic and international guests that book the service between now and October 2023.
To access the service, go to Visit Busan’s official Korean-language website (visitbusan.net/kr). Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and select “문화관광해설사” or the headset icon. This page will display a number of tourist spots citywide. Click on the attraction you would like to visit, then select “예약하기” at the bottom of the page, which will bring you to a reservation form.
