Recruitment for the 2nd Global Citizen Advisory Group for International Tourism City
Busan Metropolitan City is recruiting members for its 2nd Global Citizen Advisory Group until March 10. The group will consist of 15 members who will play a pivotal role in policy creation and promoting Busan as a global tourism destination until the end of 2024.
Foreign residents of all nationalities, willing to boost tourism in Busan are encouraged to apply. However, candidates must be fluent in Korean, English, Chinese or Japanese. Those fluent in Korean, working in tourism, content creation or social media are preferred.
After a document review and interview process, the selected members will be announced at the end of March. Membership tasks will include meeting attendance and conducting tasks to promote the initiative.
Members will receive a certificate of appointment, commission for attending meetings?and opportunities to participate in various festivals and events hosted by Busan Metropolitan City, such as the FAM (familiarization) Tour. Top participants will be entered for a commendation from the mayor.
