Temperature tower marks a successful campaign
The Community Chest of Busan recently completed its "2023 Hope Sharing Campaign" event Jan. 31, after a two-month journey to raise funds for those in need. The "Temperature Tower of Love" at Songsanghyeon Square in Busanjin-gu (district), which indicated the level of fundraising by citizens and organizations, reached an impressive 105.1 degrees, exceeding its goal. The donations came out to about 6.2 billion won from individuals and groups and 4.9 billion won from businesses, totaling over 11 billion won, exceeding the goal of 10.7 billion won.
