Find your new favorite restaurant with the 2026 Busan Gourmet Guide

Busan City has released the 2026 Busan Gourmet Guide, a handy guidebook designed to help food lovers explore the city’s vibrant culinary scene. Featuring concise introductions and practical information for each restaurant, the guide makes it easy for visitors to find dining spots that match their tastes and itineraries. Printed copies are available at major tourism hubs throughout the city, while digital editions can be accessed online.
The guide groups neighboring districts into six chapters:
1. Geumjeong-gu, Dongnae-gu, Yeonje-gu
2. Haeundae-gu, Gijang-gun
3. Busanjin-gu, Dong-gu, Yeongdo-gu
4. Suyeong-gu, Nam-gu
5. Gangseo-gu, Buk-gu, Sasang-gu
6. Saha-gu, Seo-gu, Jung-gu
Each booklet includes a foldout map, allowing visitors to explore nearby restaurants and attractions more conveniently. Featured restaurants have been selected by the Michelin Guide or by Busan's official gourmet guides, including Taste of Busan and Taxchelin. The front of the accompanying map is organized around Busan's subway network, allowing visitors to quickly identify recommended restaurants, their corresponding numbers, and the nearest subway stations. On the reverse side, visitors will find a blank version of the map where they can mark the restaurants they visit and create their own personalized food tour across the city.
For added convenience, QR codes in the guidebook link directly to Visit Busan, Naver Map and Google Maps, where all featured restaurants have been preloaded. With a simple scan, visitors can easily access directions on their mobile devices without searching for each destination individually.
The guide is also available on the Busan City website and the Visit Busan tourism portal. Available in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese, the Korean and English versions are being issued first. The Japanese and Chinese digital versions will be available on the Visit Busan website in August, followed by printed versions.
The guide is initially available at major visitor gateways, including the Busan Tourist Information Center, Busan Travel Lounge, Gimhae International Airport, Busan Station Tourist Information Center, Busan Central Bus Terminal, Busan Port International Passenger Terminal, tourist information centers across the city and foreign consulates in Busan. Distribution will gradually expand to hotels, major bookstores and key locations in the Seoul metropolitan area, making it even easier for travelers to discover Busan's diverse culinary attractions.
