This year, the “King of Instruments” takes center stage at Busan Concert Hall. The 2026 Pipe Organ Duo & Recital Series invites audiences to three extraordinary performances by world-class organists, scheduled for April, June and October.

Each concert will reveal a different side of the pipe organ: Its cosmic power, its improvisational wit and its spiritual depth. The series will showcase the full majesty of the pipe organ and promises unforgettable experiences.

• April 8, 7:30 p.m. – Isabelle Dermers and Yuan Shen

The series opens with a rare four-hands organ duet – two performers, one magnificent instrument. The virtuosos will present Gustav Holst’s orchestral suite “The Planets.”

• June 20, 5 p.m. – Thomas Ospital Recital

One of France’s most celebrated organists takes the stage for an evening of timeless masterpieces by Mozart, Rachmaninoff and Ravel. Ospital will also showcase his gift for improvisation and exceptional musicality.

• Oct. 23, 7:30 p.m. – Karol Mossakowski Recital

The series closes with a performance by next-generation organ master Karol Mossakowski. Audiences can expect a concert of evocative melodies, technical prowess and brilliant displays of creativity and imagination.

• Tickets and Package Deal

A package deal for all three performances opens on Feb. 24, offering a 30% discount to enjoy the whole series. General single-concert ticket sales begin Feb. 26. Tickets are available through the BCH website.
