[K-Words You Need to Know] Daeda(대다)

daeda-001

In the Busan dialect, “대다” means feeling exhausted, worn out, or overwhelmed, especially after doing something strenuous or stressful. It’s often used to express that someone is completely drained, physically, mentally and emotionally.

For example, you could tell your friend: “It’s so hot today. I’ve been outside all day and I’m totally daeda.”
