Free outdoor movie nights all summer long
Free film screenings are available every week in the City of Cinema. Catch one on Tuesdays at the Busan Cinema Center, left, or on Fridays at Gwangalli Beach.
Every year, outdoor theaters invite film lovers to a romantic cinematic paradise. Why not come and sit at the Busan Cinema Center alongside the Suyeonggang River or visit Gwangalli Beach to enjoy movies with the fresh ocean breeze?
■ Busan Cinema Center Outdoor Screening
Busan Cinema Center, the hub of the Busan film industry, presents free film screenings on select Tuesday nights throughout the summer. Reservations are not needed. Just stroll along the Suyeonggang River, visit the outdoor theatre and sit wherever you and your companions want. Feel free to bring snacks and beverages, but please ensure you do not disturb others. The films are screened under the longest cantilever roof in the world, so you don't need to worry about rain. The screening must go on! Enjoy free movies with your loved ones!
Schedule: Select Tuesdays at 8 p.m. until Aug. 13.

■ Gwangalli Beach Cinema
Every Friday until October, Gwangalli Beach hosts free movie nights. Grab one of the beach chairs provided, or bring your own and enjoy a film in the balmy evening.
Screenings may be canceled in case of inclement weather or other beach events. Before you go, check the Suyeong-gu District Events Calendar to confirm the schedule and see what movies are playing.
Schedule: 8 p.m. every Friday until October.
