The Dongbaek Jeon monthly cashback limit has been increased to 500,000 won, and the cashback rate has been increased from 5% to 7% until February.

[Transportation]

During the holiday period, from Jan. 27 to 30, toll fees will be waived on seven major roads, including Gwangandaegyo Bridge.

Additionally, express bus and railway services will be expanded to accommodate travelers.

To address parking issues, Busan will open 500 locations, including school grounds and government offices, to provide over 45,000 temporary parking spaces. In addition, parking at cemeteries and memorial sites will be expanded to over 7,000 spaces at 15 locations.

[Welfare]

The city has allocated emergency funding to 2,424 senior centers to support vulnerable senior citizens. Additionally, donations and gifts will be given to 55,000 low-income households.

Other welfare measures include safety checks on senior citizens living alone, free special meals for people experiencing homelessness and the operation of emergency shelters at night.

The city has also extended the visiting hours at cemeteries and memorial sites.

[Health and Safety]

The city will maintain a 24-hour emergency response system during the holiday period. The system includes round-the-clock monitoring from a disaster situation room, special alert operations at fire stations and the activation of a forest fire prevention headquarters.

Furthermore, 24-hour emergency medical services will be available at 38 medical institutions citywide. Additionally, public health centers, fever clinics, major hospitals and late-night pharmacies will remain open to ensure there are no gaps in medical treatment over the long holiday.
