Welcome spring by planting a tree

A tree-planting event will take place at Hwamyeong Eco Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 23. The event aims to create a greener environment and foster a city where people want to live generation after generation.

Busan residents are welcome to participate in the event for free. Around 2,000 citizens are expected to participate.

To join the event, simply visit the soccer field in the park at 10 a.m. on the day of the event. Participants will plant hydrangea, cape jasmine, and other plants around the park grounds. 

In addition, around 800 fig tree and jujube tree saplings will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for visitors to take home.
